Return Window

Eligible issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, leaking, missing or incorrectly supplied items should be reported within 48 hours for faster verification.

Eligible Reasons

  • Wrong product or quantity received
  • Product received damaged or defective
  • Missing item or incomplete order
  • Product materially different from its description

Personal-Care and Hygiene Restriction

Opened, used, tested, tampered or unsealed personal-care tools are not eligible for change-of-mind returns when they cannot be safely resold. This restriction does not remove assistance for verified damage, defect, wrong item or rights that apply under consumer law.

Evidence Required

Email contact-us@scalviro.shop with your order number, contact details, clear product and packaging photos, shipping label and a photo or video showing the issue. An unboxing video may assist verification.

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Change of mind after an item has been opened or used
  • Results affected by the oil, serum or tonic used or by individual hair and scalp conditions
  • Items altered, washed, damaged or improperly cleaned after delivery
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect function
  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect storage or failure to follow instructions
  • Final-sale items clearly marked non-returnable

Resolution

After verification, we may offer replacement, missing-item reshipment, refund, store credit or another suitable resolution. Do not send a product back without approval.

Refund Timing

Once approved, refunds normally take 5 to 10 business days to process. Bank, card, UPI, wallet and payment-provider posting times may vary.

Cash on Delivery Refunds

For COD orders, we may securely request the customer's UPI ID or bank details together with the order number and registered phone number.
